
Profi Realt is a real estate sales and rental agency in Kyiv. The team has many years of experience, having weathered both the COVID-19 pandemic and a full-scale war, and has maintained its position in one of Ukraine’s most challenging markets. This is one of our longest-running and most valuable projects: we’ve been working together for over five years.
We like this client for several reasons. Profi Realt is one of the first real estate agencies in Ukraine to systematically measure and digitize its marketing results. They don’t ask for “more likes” or a “prettier Instagram” – they talk about inquiries, lead cost, and return on investment. It’s a pleasure and productive to work with clients like this.

When Profi Realt came to us, they already had experience with advertising and social media. But they lacked a systematic approach: their channels operated in isolation, their analytics weren’t set up in sufficient detail, and the team didn’t fully understand which actions generated leads and which ones were simply “eating up” the budget.
The real estate market is a complex niche for digital marketing. It involves a long decision-making cycle, high lead costs, competition with aggregators, and clients who research the market for weeks before making their first call. For marketing to be effective here, it’s not enough to simply “run ads” – you need a full-fledged funnel.

We are continuing to work on several fronts simultaneously.
We are optimizing advertising campaigns on Google and Meta: testing new hypotheses, looking for ways to lower the cost per lead even further, and scaling up what has already been proven to work.
We’re developing Threads as a separate strategic channel: organic reach there is growing, and we’re building a systematic approach to content to turn views into a steady stream of direct inquiries.
We’re continuing with TikTok: the video format for the real estate niche is just gaining momentum in Ukraine, and early, systematic entry gives us an edge over competitors who haven’t yet grasped this channel’s potential.
And Profi Realt, for its part, continues to do what it does best: effectively sell real estate and find clients exactly what they’re looking for.
