SMM for the Restaurant Pasta e Vino

The primary goal we set at the beginning of our collaboration was to build a recognizable brand in the digital space that combines the sophistication of Italian gastronomy, wine tasting culture, and a cozy, intimate atmosphere.

Our objective was to attract an audience aged 25+ with a stable income — people seeking not only unique gastronomic experiences and local events but also a place that consistently delights with excellent cuisine on any day.

Through the lens of its unique atmosphere, we share the story of a cozy restaurant in the heart of Podillia that continually pleases Vinnytsia residents and guests with high-quality, refined Italian food.

Project Stages

SMM Strategy Development
Identified the main target audience: city residents aged 25–50, who value gastronomy, ambiance, and fine wine. Developed a content plan focused on three key areas: Tasting culture and events Visual presentation of dishes and interior Engaging followers through communication and encouraging repeat visits. Defined the tone of voice: expert, with a touch of aesthetic flair and subtle humor.
Visual Style Update
Completely updated the restaurant’s Instagram style — modern, elegant presentation in the brand’s signature color palette. Created unified templates for posts, stories, and event posters. Conducted professional photo shoots of dishes, events, and the restaurant’s interior to emphasize its atmosphere and aesthetics.
Content Creation and Community Management
Introduced new content categories: tastings, gastro dinners, restaurant backstage, sommelier’s tips, and the chef’s corner. Implemented interactive elements: polls, Q&A sessions, and feedback activities. Actively worked with reviews, mentions, and user-generated content (UGC).
Promotion and Analytics

Launched targeted advertising for events, seasonal offers, and delivery.
Continuously analyzed post performance and audience engagement, adjusting content accordingly.
Provided regular visual reports showing growth in reach, engagement, and conversions into bookings.

Interim Results

Through active social media management, we achieved a significant increase in attendance at both events and the restaurant itself.

Activity continues to grow systematically — with more mentions, comments, and post saves. An engaged community of Italian cuisine and lifestyle enthusiasts has been formed. Seasonal gastro boxes are launched for holidays, children’s master classes are held regularly, and there is a steady growth in repeat visits after events.

At this stage, we have built a strong digital presence for Pasta e Vino on Instagram and TikTok, featuring a clear aesthetic and a recognizable brand voice. We have established a promotion format that scales effectively for events, seasonal products, and new menu formats.

Looking ahead, our plan is to further strengthen all achieved results and continue to grow the number of both new and returning guests of Pasta e Vino!
